1. Agreement
By using www.paddleforecast.com you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What the site is
Paddle Forecast publishes pickleball gear reviews, buying guides and a gear recommendation tool. Everything here is general information to help you shop. It is not medical, fitness or professional advice.
3. Play at your own risk
Pickleball is a physical sport with real injury risk, and playing in heat or cold adds more. Check with a doctor before starting a new activity, follow your own judgment about weather and conditions, and use gear as the manufacturer directs. You are responsible for your own safety on the court.
4. Affiliate disclosure
We earn commissions on some products we link to, at no extra cost to you. Our open ledger lists which products pay us. Commissions never decide our rankings. This disclosure follows the Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements.
5. Prices and availability
Prices, discount codes, specs and stock come from retailers and change often. We try to keep them current, but the retailer's site is always the final word. We do not sell products and are not responsible for orders, shipping, returns or warranties. Contact the retailer for those.
6. Gear Forecast results
The forecast tool gives general suggestions based on the answers you choose. Results are not guaranteed to suit your body, skill or court.
7. Our content
The site's text, tools, graphics, test data and logo belong to Paddle Forecast. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. You may not copy, republish or scrape our content, or use it to train AI models, without written permission.
8. Using the site fairly
Do not break the law using the site, try to disrupt it, access it with bots that overload it, or misuse our discount codes.
9. Links to other sites
We link to retailers and other sites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
10. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise it will be error free, always available, or that any product will perform as described.
11. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Paddle Forecast is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the site or products you buy through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
